Jack Morocco, a resident of Zihuatanejo, has been falsely representing himself as a reservations agent for Las Gatas Beach Club.com and possibly other local resorts in the area as well. Since Mexico does not accept Email as legal evidence, he has been able to defraud several innocent persons of thousands of dollars with relative impunity to the law. He may engage in similar activities in the Hawaiian and the Phillipine Islands, all via the web.
